Sabrina Carpenter Ivory Lace Mini Dress- vintage 60s courreges

 Vintage 1960s Courrege dress that appears to have been shortened for Sabrina, the satin hem binding is missing in the photos of her wearing the dress. also it looks like there have been added darts at back waist for a more fitted look you can see in the photo above it looks like its pulling from the back waist. The snatched waist was not how it was worn in the 1960s, it may have also been taken in on the sides. 

To create this dress and have it fit like it does on Sabrina, darts should be added to the front sides, and back waist darts in the back with a more pronounced waistline curve to the pattern than the original dress.

The pockets do not appear to be ''open'' or working and are likely just decorative. the sleeve appears to be unlined. there are some small pleats at the front neckline.

Sharon Tate's Polkadot dress & Customer Photos

I custom designed a polkadot print to better suit Sharon's Original Dress and now have the fabric printed through Spoonflower for every dress, special care is taken to get the dots to line up as much as possible in the princess seams, some areas will not match perfectly due to the curves of the body. Some photos Sharon is seen with a matching waist tie sometimes, i do include it with the dress. the fabric is a non-stretch cotton with an invisible back zipper. Perviously we were limited to basic dot prints that were available, while they worked will it just didn't have the same ''Mod'' vibe as the closer dots do.

Customer Bridal Photos- Sharon Tate Wedding Dress Plus Train

 Customer requested a custom removable train in the same fabric that could be bustled up. Ivory cotton Moire fabric fully lined, invisible zip, with covered button detail (they do not button closed) little ivory pompom trim throughout both the dress and train and velvet trims and bows as requested by Bride.

Brigitte Bardot White Sundress

 

Styled after the dress worn by Brigitte bardot, my customer request a dress based on the photos of brigitte bardot, but none showed a full front or back view of the dress so I designed this based on the details we could see. We used several eyelet laces and white cotton, full dress is self lined.
